The Labeling Method Of The Labeling Machine

The current labeling machine is entering the packaging equipment with high production efficiency, high degree of automation, good reliability, strong flexibility and high technical content. Of course, when purchasing, users have to buy according to their own time conditions, because the labeling methods of labeling machines are different. Here are some of the most common labeling methods.

 1. Constant speed product feeding and labeling

The labelling machine process begins with boxes being fed to the labelling machine on a conveyor belt at a constant speed. The fixed installation on the machine separates the boxes at a fixed distance and pushes the boxes to travel in the direction of the conveyor belt. The mechanical system of the labeling machine includes a drive wheel, and the rotary fully active labeling machine

2. Intermittent labelling

A labeling wheel, and a reel. The drive wheel intermittently drags the label tape, and the label tape is pulled from the reel and passed through the labeling wheel, which presses the label tape against the box. An open-loop displacement control is used on the reel to maintain the tension of the label tape. Since the labels are closely connected to each other on the label tape, the label tape needs to start and stop from time to time.

3. Labeling at the same speed

The label is applied to the case with the applicator wheel moving at the same speed as the case. When the conveyor belt reaches a certain position, the label belt drive wheel will speed up to match the speed of the conveyor belt, and after the label is attached, it will decelerate to a stop. Since the label tape may slip, it has a registration mark on it to ensure that each label is placed correctly. The registration mark is read by a sensor, and during the tape deceleration phase, the drive wheels are reoriented to correct any misalignment on the tape.

4. Positioning positive label label

The label is attached to the packaging container, and the error between the center line of the label and its theoretical orientation is within the regular range of the round bottle self-adhesive automatic labeling machine, which is called the positive label. If there are multiple labels on the same packaging container, the error of each and the theoretical position should be calculated according to the above definition, which should be within the scope of the rules.
