5.Filling machine controller manual

1)Filling time adjustment Press the Set/Exit key--(thousands flashing) press → right shift to shift one to the right and so on. Press to increase the number of digits in the loop (0-9). After adjustment, press the Setup/Exit button to save.。

2)Waiting time adjustment similar filling time adjustment。

3)The counter adjusts the same filling time. Adjustment range is 1-65536The unit of filling time and waiting time can be set to 0.1 second or 0.01 second. Press the corresponding increase/unit key to switch.

4)The counter can be counted according to the set amount. For example, set 100 times. The counter reached 100 automatic stops. Press the corresponding increase/mode transition. The corresponding light is on to fill according to the set value.

Count clear key --- clear the value of the current timer

Fill setting button---When filling a new container, press and hold the button (don't let go when filling), wait until the container is filled with hands. This filling time is automatically saved. If there is some slight difference, you can fine tune this time.。

Manual button---press this button will fill once。

Auto button---Press this button to automatically run according to the filling time and waiting time you set. Press the button again to cancel.

The filling instructions will light up when filling.

External control of external foot switch, 5, 6 point of controller terminal
