Carbonated soft drink filling machine adjustment

Here we would like to introduce that carbonated soft drink filling machine adjustment as following,

1. No-load operation debugging, the speed starts from low speed, first jog, and then observe at low speed. Is the motor gearbox, bearing, and bottle spring case normal? Pay special attention to the operation of the bottle spring box. Gradually increase the speed until the cylinder reaches 3R-P-M. After 20 minutes of operation, everything can be put into normal production. Check the carbon dioxide gas pipe condition, whether the solenoid valve is normal, and whether the pipe leaks. After adjusting the zui, the bottle is sent to the empty bottle for operation, and the bottle is accurate. Pay special attention to adjusting the bottle bottle phenomenon.

2, bottle spring box adjustment:

(1) Put the empty bottle to be filled on the bottle spring: then adjust the height of the liquid cylinder until the spring case holder is pressed 40 to 50 mm, and then fix the liquid cylinder. When the beverage filling machine is filling, the bottle is not deformed (not broken), and the suction port does not take air as the pressing force is just right.

(2) To check the bottle spring box holder, when the bottle holder is lowered to the low point of zui, the bottle holder must be consistent with the plate.

(3) Pay attention to whether the roller is flexible or not, whether the roller and the track are reasonable, and there is no jumping.

3. Pay attention to the level of liquid level in the liquid cylinder. Adjust the liquid level to fluctuate 15 mm above and below the center of the mirror. If you need to adjust the liquid level, just turn on the carbon dioxide manual air supply switch to increase the air pressure, and let the liquid material return to the mixer. In normal operation, only the air is injected into the machine. When the fork is opened, the inside of the exhaust cylinder will immediately enter the required position.

4. Irrigation test operation: The irrigation test should be carried out before the filling machine is produced. From the disposable mixer, feed the carbonated water, and adjust the carbon dioxide gas supply valve. (Recommended data: the pressure of the disposable mixer is 0.25-0.28MPa; the pressure of the filling machine is 0.28~0.35MPa). Start the filling at the low speed start of the beverage filling machine, and gradually increase the speed after normal.
