     The cleaning process of the whole labeling machine needs to pay attention to the correct cleaning sequence, in order to achieve the effect of twice the result with half the effort, as follows:
    
     1. First remove the standard plate, scraper, glue funnel, glue bucket, blow pipe, and protective door, and place it in a soaking car (water temperature 400℃-500℃, but the standard plate must be placed separately, and water above 40℃ must not be used) Soak, only use warm water, within 40 ℃);
    
     2. Cover the surface of the label table and the gluey area with a damp cloth with alkaline cleaning agent water;
    
     3. Clean the large turntable, bottle holder, standard sweep, label table, column door, machine top, bottle divider, star wheel, guardrail and platform, etc. with wool brush or cloth with alkaline cleaning agent water;
    
     4. Use a damp cloth to clean the residual glue of the label box, label drum and label holder and label pad;
    
     5. Use a damp cloth to clean the surface of the drum, and it is strictly forbidden to rinse with water and directly soak it.
