Four maintenance tips for labeling machines

Adjustment of press brush device: 


The center of the brush is opposite the label and symmetrical on both sides. The marker brush is perpendicular to the surface of the container. The overlap clearance of a single brush is 10mm to 15mm, and that of a combination brush is 5mm to 10mm. The distance between the cleaning brush and the sponge should be 1mm ~ 2mm. Regulation of bottle head. The pressure head should be 20mm lower without bottles than with bottles.

 

Adjustment of label box:

 


  The center line of the label box, the center axis of the label station and the label paper is tangent, the center axis of the label board is in line at three points, adjust the label board and the label paper tangent (0 distance), and then move the label box closer to 1mm ~ 2mm. The gap between the label paper in the label box and the two sides of the strip should be between 0.8mm ~ 1mm. Too large a gap will cause the label paper to shift in the label box, resulting in slanting, and too small a gap will cause poor pushing of the label. Adjustment of the position of the box grab hook: up and down, around the grab hook in the same vertical plane and evenly labored on the label paper, it can be successfully grabbed. Label supply roller adjustment: when there is no label, the label pressure plate can be pressed to the front end of the label box and when there is a label, the label near the label hook finger can not be crushed.
  
  

Adjustment of components in and out of bottles

 

When adjusting the star wheel in and out of bottle and the screw rod in bottle, the bottle pressing head of the marking machine shall prevail. First adjust the star wheel into the bottle. When the pressure head is just over the bottle, adjust the star wheel so that the bottle is in the middle of the groove of the star wheel. Adjustment of the screw into the bottle: take the star wheel into the bottle as the standard. When the bottle is located in the middle of the groove of the star wheel into the bottle, adjust the screw so that the screw into the bottle side is tight to the bottle but does not produce displacement. Exit wheel adjustment: When the presser head is just raised, adjust the wheel so that the bottle is in the middle of the groove of the wheel.
  
  

Adjustment of standard station:

 

 Adjustment of scraping plate and cots: scraping plate and cots can not appear in the whole length of the gap, if there is a gap can be adjusted by adjusting the eccentric bolt to adjust the scraping plate. Cots and standard plate adjustment: the standard plate and cots only contact each other without any pressure. The gap is too large, too much glue on the standard plate, resulting in glue dumping. If the gap is too small and the contact is too tight, the glue will be squeezed away. There is no glue on one side of the label board. Practice has proved that the gap between the standard plate and the cots is equal to 0.1mm ~ 0.2mm. It can be achieved by adjusting the bearing seat at the lower part of the cots. If necessary, the bearing at the upper part of the cots can be adjusted.
