Bubbles and Wrinkles when labeling in round bottle labeler

1.Slow the labeling speed so that the label-covering device can strengthen the labels.

2.It appears if the sticker label is transparent or too soft.

3.Balance the strength of the adhesive label-covering device.

4.If the bubbles appear in the beginning,maybe the self-adhesive label is too soft so it curls after being peeled,heighten the label-peeling plate to stay close to the product.

5.If the head and tail of the sticker label are not align,adjust the Supporting rod to let the product goes perpendicular with the label.

6.If the label move to another direction when labeling in label machine,lift the supporting seat on the left of the supporting rod.
