1. The installation and use environment of the equipment: the requirement is room temperature, and it is not easy to use in high temperature, humidity, acid and alkaline environment, so as not to affect the service life, efficiency and accuracy of the equipment.
2. Precautions for cleaning:
V. a. Do not use cleaning tools that damage the mechanical surface.
V. b. Do not use corrosive plastic appliances.
v c. Do not use acidic solutions.
3. Daily maintenance of equipment. Operators must check the equipment before, during and after use every day. In case of abnormal feedback, the following is the daily maintenance work content:
v a. After the machine works every day, firstly disconnect the power supply, wipe the machine surface, workbench and other parts.
v b. Before the device is put into production, ensure that the corresponding power supply voltage is used.
v c. Regularly check the tightness of all bolt connections. If loose, tighten them in time.
v d. Check the chain and other moving parts, if there is a fault should be removed in time. And regularly add lubricating oil, each gear meshing surface time add oil or butter lubrication.
V. e. The working condition of the positioning and testing devices shall be free of dislocation. If necessary, readjust.
v f. Check whether the air paths and joints are loose or fall off.
v g. Check whether each belt is slipping.
v h. After the equipment has been running for 10 hours continuously, it needs to stop for half an hour to do the daily maintenance of the above equipment, especially non-standard equipment. In order to reduce the loss of equipment, prolong the service life of equipment.
V. i. In case of holidays or equipment is not in use, it is necessary to clean the equipment, remove the oil, lubrication and maintenance.
