Here we would like to share that the inspection of water filling machine as following,

The pressure of the compressed air of the water filling machine should be zero during maintenance. 

It must be confirmed that the pressure has dropped to zero before the components on the compressed air side can be disassembled. Trial operation of the three-phase motor ensures correct running direction and ensures pressure and flow of compressed air.

Check whether each motor, bearing, etc. need to add lubricating oil. It is strictly forbidden to run without oil. After normal operation, the machine can be started. At the same time, observe whether the fasteners in each part are loose or not. After the operation of each part is stable, it can be used normally.

Before starting the water botttle filling machine, carefully check whether all the water tanks have water, whether the chain plate is stuck, whether there is any debris on the conveyor belt, whether there is a bottle cap in the storage box, whether the water source, power source and air source are connected. After the conditions are ready, Then, the main power supply QF is closed, the power indicator light is on, the fault indicator light and the emergency stop indicator are not lit, then the starting condition is met, press the start button on the control box and the start switch of the filling station, after the buzzer three alarms The whole machine starts up and runs, enters the automatic washing mode of external washing, rinsing and filling. When the bottle filling machine stops, press the stop button at the filling station and the control box. After stopping, the main power should be turned off.
