This form does not need to increase the control mechanism and can ensure that there is no bottle without filling. However, in the multi-shift valve, it must be controlled by The lower bottle-raising mechanism first opens the air valve at the upper end, and the structure still needs to be carefully designed.
2. The movable part of the control valve body produces rotary swing or radial and axial linear movement. Therefore, for rotary valves, a fixed block next to the rotary track of the filling machine is generally used to control the opening and closing of the valve; for pressure The single-shift valve of the method can also be controlled by a fixed stop; for the radially moving valve such as pressure release in the multi-shift valve, a fixed baffle should also be used to control it. In order to prevent liquid leakage when the liquid valve is still open when there is no bottle, sometimes it is necessary to use additional pneumatic, electric or mechanical self-control methods; once there is no bottle on the bottle lifting platform, the fixed stopper must lose control of the corresponding filling valve. , to avoid leakage.
3. Use the inflation pressure in the bottle to control. When the air pressure in the bottle to be filled reaches the same level as the back pressure in the liquid storage tank, the liquid valve spring will automatically open the liquid door to complete the filling. The advantage of this valve is that it can not only ensure There is no liquid leakage when the bottle is broken, and it can also ensure that the broken bottle with holes on the bottle does not leak liquid when the inflation is insufficient, so that the filling can be carried out stably. But its disadvantage is that it has higher requirements for the design and manufacturing precision of the valve closing spring.
