This quadrel Labeler is a new type of rotary and continuous labeling machine. The equipment can automatically adjust the in and out transmission of the container; the container conveyed by the conveyor belt is separated by a certain distance by the bottle-separating screw according to the spacing of the star wheel, and then the imported star wheel transfers the container to the container turntable. After the container is fixed by the mold base of the container, the container starts to rotate at a certain speed; and the positioning and labeling are carried out according to the trajectory of the mechanism.

2.The bottle pressing head is electrically lifted and lowered, and the height of the replacement product can be operated on the man-machine interface, which is easy to adjust.
3. The production speed is fast, and it can be produced in line with the filling line, which greatly improves the production speed and saves costs.

The machine interface can display the actual status of the machine, output, hot melt adhesive temperature, glue coating temperature and other information at a glance, which is convenient for users to troubleshoot, easy to operate, easy to learn, and can be manually started or jogged when debugging or changing labels, which is convenient to operate.（As shown below）
