The Single Side Sticker Labeling Machine is equipped with advanced process, which has longer service life for use and there is no special need of maintaining. Due to the high and reliable performance, it is 

specially used for flat labeling of various specifications of products, thus to ensure high and reliable performance. Equipped with a bottle separating mechanism, it realizes the function to make objects enter the labeling area at an equal distance. It can increase the front branching and closing mechanism and can also be used in connection with the previous production line. The sponge wheel automatically rolls the label to make the labeling more firm. 

When the bottle reaches the position through the turntable, the positioning sensor of our Single Side Sticker Labeling Machine detects the positioning signal, the labeling head is installed on the bottle body, the rubber roller drives the bottle body to rotate, and then applies pressure to the sticker. It is helpful to improve the labeling accuracy, which can eliminate wrinkles on the label and improve the quality.

8. After service:

We will arrange one engineer for labeling machine installation and commissioning. Customer engineers be also train by our engineer how to operate and maintenance the labeller.

The total installation and commissioning will take around 2-4 working days.
