The main steps of the workflow are successively refined as follows:

FEATURES
1.Pneumatic roller sticking round bottle structure, especially suitable for the whole circumference labeling of large round bottles, can realize the circumference labeling and positioning labeling of round bottles, with high repeatability and no bubbles. The double-roller label feeding is beneficial to improve the labeling accuracy. Because the label is rolled by the active pressure roller before labeling, it is beneficial to eliminate label wrinkles, improve the labeling quality, and reach the last label.
2.Imported imported electrical appliances of world-renowned brands at the original price, using Siemens PLC control system, Japan Panasonic servo motor labeling station, to ensure the lasting stability and reliability of the whole machine.
3.All accessories, including chassis, conveyor lines, etc., are all made of stainless steel and aluminum alloy materials, which will never rust, no pollution, and ensure compliance with GMP environmental requirements; PU rubber rollers are vulcanized and wear-resistant. Ultra-high polymer retaining bar, wear-resistant, beautiful and smooth.
