Process:

The bottle enters the bottle holder - the bottle pressing head is pressed down - the bottle revolves with the turntable - the servo motor rotates while it is revolving - the electric eye detection system detects the bottle handle and sends out a signal - the servo motor stops and self-locks - the labeling position is determined.

FEATURES

1.Twelve-station design, bottle feeding and bottle feeding are in a straight line. Safety clutch design of star wheel in and out of bottle, automatic shutdown alarm when bottle stuck.

2.According to different bottle materials, you can choose the non-destructive bottle-separating star wheel mechanism or the bottle-separating screw mechanism. The PET bottle adopts a non-damaged bottle-separating star wheel structure, all stainless steel bottle-separating star wheel and guide plate, high finish, eliminates the bottle body scratches caused by friction, and completely eliminates the phenomenon of screw grinding bottles in the past. The glass bottle adopts a bottle-separating screw structure to prevent the bottle from bursting.

3.The fully waterproof bottle holder structure can adapt to various bottle types such as square bottles and special-shaped bottles and various labeling processes. It does not need to replace the main components, and the production change is fast.

4.The labeling head adopts a double pressure roller structure to ensure that the label is tightened and avoids the phenomenon of label breakage caused by die-cutting damage to the backing paper, and the segmented clutch makes the tension more balanced.

5.Electronic positioning, the servo motor drives the bottle to rotate, and the sensor detects the bottle body identification for positioning.All parts are processed by numerical control, high-precision coordination, to ensure the precision level of the equipment, stable operation and low noise.
