3. Feature:
The Linear Hot Melt Glue Labeling Machine is equipped with elastic pressure top pressing mechanism to ensure stable product delivery and effectively eliminate the bottle height error. Compared with ordinary product on the market, it ensures longer service life for use and there is no special need of maintaining, thus to ensure high and reliable performance.
Equipped with automatic bottle separating mechanism, the distance of our Linear Hot Melt Glue Labeling Machine is automatically separated before the bottle guide to ensure the stability of the subsequent bottle guide, transportation and labeling.The double-labeling mechanism is specifically designed to ensure labeling accuracy for the first time, and double-extrusion labeling to effectively eliminate air bubbles and ensure that the label is tight at the head and tail. The main material of the equipment is stainless steel and high-grade aluminum alloy, which complies with GMP production specifications.
8. After service:
We will arrange one engineer for labeling machine installation and commissioning. Customer engineers be also train by our engineer how to operate and maintenance the labeller.
