Features

1 This label applicator adopts a roll-type soft bottle separation wheel, which uses the difference between the linear speed and the main conveying line for bottle separation, which not only has a good bottle separation effect, but also has a wide range of applications. It can be applied to any bottle shape without replacement.

2.The conveying line assembly adopts super-power AC motor, coupled with large-capacity frequency converter for speed regulation, so that the bottle feeding speed is more stable, which is beneficial to improve the labeling accuracy.
      3. The control system is distributed in the chassis, and the high-performance parts ensure the high quality of the whole machine.
      4. It adopts a chain-type shaping mechanism and a specially designed nylon chain with a smooth surface, which is in plane contact with the object to be pasted, and has accurate positioning without scratching the surface of the object to be pasted.
      5. Four-point contact positioning is adopted, and the positioning repetition error is not greater than ±0.3 mm (bottle shape with an aspect ratio greater than 1.5).

The label applicator has advanced man-machine interface control. Operation parameters can be stored and recalled. Any abnormal situation is displayed through the man-machine interface, which is more conducive to troubleshooting. The operation is simple, and anyone can operate and use the device easily and quickly.
