3. Feature

The Steam Shrink Tunnel is equipped with advanced process, which has longer service life for use and there is no special need of maintaining, In addition, it can  run at the same speed limit, and there is no phenomenon of bottle pouring and standard leakage, thus to ensure high and reliable performance. The configuration of the motor is very strong, the motor of the conveyor line is equipped with an encoder, the automatic tracking of the electric eye, and the automatic stepless speed regulation of the entire line.

The Steam Shrink Tunnel is a new type of advanced heat shrink sleeve labeling machine driving device, which is also available of high speed operation. Due to the proper size and compact design, it can be place everywhere in order to help release space of limited places. Plus, it can be an ideal facility used for  various bottle types of fruit juice, tea beverages, dairy products, purified water, condiments, beer, sports drinks and other food and beverage industries, not only the position of the sleeve label is highly accurate, but also can highlight the intact bottle type of the bottle after shrinking.

8. After service:

We will arrange one engineer for labeling machine installation and commissioning. Customer engineers be also train by our engineer how to operate and maintenance the labeller.

The total installation and commissioning will take around 2-4 working days.
