When the sensor sends a signal that the label is ready for labeling, the drive wheel on the labeling machine rotates. Due to the tension of the roll label on the device, when the backing paper runs close to the peeling plate to change the direction, the label has a certain degree of rigidity due to its own material, and the front end is forced to detach and prepare for labeling. At this time, the labeling object is located just below the label, and under the action of the labeling wheel, synchronous labeling is realized. After labeling, the sensor under the reel label sends a signal to stop running, the drive wheel is stationary, and a labeling cycle ends.

No matter what type of labeling machine, the labeling process is roughly similar, the difference is: the installation position of the labeling device is different, the method of conveying and positioning of the labeling object is different, and the form of the labeling roller is different.

The beginning of the work process is that the box is fed to the labeling machine at a constant speed on the conveyor belt. The mechanical fixing device separates the boxes by a fixed distance and pushes the boxes forward in the direction of the conveyor belt. The mechanical system of the labeling machine includes a driving wheel, a labeling wheel, and a reel. The drive wheel intermittently drags the label tape to move, the label tape is pulled out from the reel, and at the same time, the labeling wheel will press the label tape on the box through the labeling wheel. An open-loop displacement control is used on the reel to maintain the tension of the label tape. Because the labels are closely connected to each other on the label tape, the label tape must continuously start and stop.
