The automatic double-side labeling machine is a production line equipment suitable for labeling the left and right sides of food such as fruit juice, carbonated drinks, mineral water, and daily chemical products. Whether it is labeling speed, accuracy, or equipment stability, it is far ahead of other similar machines. However, no matter how good the quality of the machine is, there will be failures. Let's take a look at how to solve some common equipment failures.

1. The backing paper is broken
Backing paper breakage is closely related to the quality of the label backing paper, scratches on the backing paper in the label traction path, and label adhesion.
a. Check whether the backing paper is cut. If the backing paper is cut, replace it with a high-quality backing paper. It is recommended to use glassine backing paper, and the label supplier is required to control the die-cutting depth so as not to damage the backing paper.
b. Check whether there is any scratch in the label detour, and eliminate the scratch factor.
c. If the label sticks, the label is easy to tear. Control the length of the next label to ensure that it does not stick to the labeled product.
2. Labeling deviation exceeds 2mm
The label deviation is related to the deviation of the label tape, the direction of the label tape is not parallel to the product conveying direction, the traction wheel slips, the product positioning detection is inaccurate, the label is not attached to the product along the label covering roller, and the product error is related to several factors. Check the above several factors Factors, and then targeted to solve.
*The label tape deviates, loosen the traction mechanism, pull the label back and forth, and let it automatically align. After the label is aligned, clamp the limit rings on both sides to guide the label.
*The direction of the label tape is not parallel to the direction of product conveying, which can be achieved by adjusting the inclination of the labeling head.
*The traction sheave slips, the traction sheave is worn, and the traction sheave locking screw is loose. For both reasons, the traction sheave locking screw can be tightened.
*Product error, during the product production process, edge error will cause labeling deviation, which can only be solved by controlling the product quality.
3. Continuous bidding
The continuous marking and incomplete marking are related to the detection sensitivity of the electric eye. Just adjust the sensitivity. For the adjustment method, please refer to the previous chapter on electric eye adjustment.
If the problem cannot be solved by adjusting the sensor, it may be that the label exceeds the applicable range of the selected sensor, or the sensor is damaged, and you need to consult the manufacturer.
Another reason is that the label tape is deviated, and the electric eye does not detect the label. Just adjust the electric eye to the detection position.
4. The backing paper at the stripping board is loose
The slackness of the bottom paper is related to the low traction speed and the slipping of the traction mechanism. If the traction speed is too low, it can be solved by increasing the traction speed;
If the traction mechanism slips, tighten the locking screws of the traction roller until the backing paper does not slip.
In addition, pay attention to whether the transmission belt behind the receiving shaft is broken.
