Four quantitative filling methods for filling machines
Apr 21, 2019
Here we would like to share the four quantitative filling methods for filling machines as following,
Accurate quantitative filling of filling machine products not only involves the cost, but also affects the reputation of the products in the minds of consumers. The quantification of the liquid material is generally carried out by volumetric quantification or by weight quantification. The volumetric quantitative method has a controlled liquid level height quantitative method, a quantitative cup quantitative method and a quantitative pump quantitative method. Weight quantification generally uses electronic metrology.
1. Control liquid level height quantitative method
This method achieves quantitative filling by controlling the height of the liquid level in the container being filled. The liquid volume of each filling is equal to the volume of the inner cavity of the bottle at a certain height, so it is also called "quantification by bottle". The structure of the method is relatively simple, does not require auxiliary equipment, and is convenient to use, but it is not suitable for products requiring high quantitative accuracy, because the volumetric accuracy of the bottle directly affects the accuracy of the filling amount.
2. Quantitative cup quantification
In this method, the liquid is first injected into the dosing cup for quantification, and then the metered liquid is injected into the bottle to be filled, so that the volume of each filling is equal to the volume of the dosing cup.
3. Quantitative pump quantification
This is a quantitative method of filling by pressure method. The power control piston reciprocates, and the material is sucked from the storage cylinder into the piston cylinder, and then pressed into the filling container. The filling amount is equal to the material in the piston cylinder. Volume. In addition, a soft film is used to draw material from the cylinder into the filling chamber and then into the container under the action of gas pressure.
4. Electronic measurement method
The e-metering method is a kind of weight measurement. There are two different sizes of liquid channels on the filling valve. When the liquid passes through the liquid channel, the load sensor measures the weight of the liquid in real time. When the filling liquid approaches the specified filling amount, the filling is performed. The valve can be converted to a small flow circuit until it is filled to the specified amount. This type of device is cleared before the filling, and the weight of the container is measured, and then reset, which has no effect on the filling amount, so the filling accuracy is very high. When the filling amount is changed, as long as the given value of the data switch is changed, it can be realized instantaneously, and the centralized management of production can be easily realized
