Is the juice filling machine inaccurate in filling?

Here we would like to introduce that the reason of inaccurate filling for juice filling machine,

 If the juice filling machine is inaccurate in filling and discharging, first check whether the speed throttle valve and the filling interval throttle valve are closed, and the throttle valve cannot be closed. Is there any foreign matter in the quick-installing three-way control valve? If there is, as soon as possible, the air hose inside the three-way control valve and the filling head is air-free. If there is air, try to cut or sweep the air. Check that all seals are damaged and must be replaced if damaged.

Whether the filling nozzle has a stuck appearance or delayed opening. If there is a jam, install the spool from the head. If the delay is open, the thin cylinder throttle valve needs to be conditioned. The elastic force of the spiral spring is tightened up and down in the three-way control valve, and the elastic check valve will not open. Check if the filling speed of the juice filling machine is too fast, adjust the filling speed throttle valve, and lower the filling speed. Is the magnetic switch loose? 

Please lock it after each adjustment. Can all the clamps and hose buckles be sealed, if any, please correct them.
