Here we would like to introduce that the common form of pressure filling machinery as following,
The most common form of pressure filling machinery is that the product is pressurized and the overflow tank is open to the atmosphere. The machine does not require a bottle holder. It is filled with a bottle bottle and does not require a liquid storage tank. It only has a distributor on the filling turret. One end of the distributor is connected to the water pump installed in the liquid storage tank, and the other end is connected. Connect to each filling valve with a hose. An annular positioning ring is mounted on the filling turntable, and the positioning ring has an arc-shaped positioning groove equal to the number of filling valves, and the center line of the positioning groove coincides with the center line of the valve.
When the PET bottle is transported to the filling turret, the bottle is pre-positioned into the curved positioning groove by the bottle neck, and hung on the annular positioning ring of the filling turret. At this time, the center of the bottle mouth coincides with the center of the filling valve. . The filling valve descends along the cam during the rotation with the filling turret, seals with the mouth of the filling container and then opens the filling valve to start the filling. The water pump in the liquid storage tank supplies liquid to the container through the dispenser on the filling machine, and fills the container to the full mouth; the gas in the bottle and the remaining liquid after filling the full mouth will be returned to the liquid storage tank by the return gas (liquid) tube. The liquid level of the liquid in the filling container can be adjusted, which is determined by the volume of the valve tube inside the bottle opening.
Pressure filling machines are mainly used for the packaging of plastic bottles containing non-aerated beverages (such as mineral water and purified water), condiments, pesticides and some low-viscosity liquids. Mainly adopting the full mouth filling method, that is, the liquid level is controlled by the volume of the valve tube extending into the bottle mouth, and the liquid level precision is high; the infusion bottle, the rinsing bottle, the filling and the sealing are all operated by the bottle neck bottle, and are not subject to the container. The size or shape of the container is limited, that is, the quality of the bottle (especially the thickness of the bottle wall) is not high and the filling speed is fast, so it is suitable for large-scale water beverage production.
