How does the edible oil filling machine do the filling?

The edible oil filling machine generally adopts the normal pressure filling method, which directly depends on the weight of the filling material to flow into the packaging container under normal pressure.

 

The normal pressure charging process is as follows:

1) The liquid enters the container and the air in the container is discharged at the same time;

2) Stop liquid feeding, that is, when the liquid material in the container reaches the quantitative requirement, the liquid automatically stops feeding;

3) Clean up the residual liquid, that is, clean up the residual liquid in the exhaust pipe. Atmospheric pressure is mainly used for filling low-viscosity, non-gas-liquid materials, such as milk, liquor, soy sauce, etc.

 

2. There are generally three quantitative principles and methods for edible oil filling machines.

 

1) Quantitative method of controlling liquid level: Quantitative value is realized by controlling the liquid level of the filling container (such as bottle body) during the filling process, which is traditionally called "bottle quantitative method". According to the joint principle, when the liquid level in the bottle rises to the exhaust pipe, the gas will no longer be discharged. As the liquid material is continuously filled, the residual gas at the neck of the bottle is compressed. When the static pressure of the liquid and the inner section of the pipeline reaches equilibrium, the liquid level in the bottle remains unchanged, and the liquid material rises along the vent pipe until it is equal to the liquid level of the liquid storage tank. It can be seen that the volume of each filling liquid is equal to the volume of the bottle cavity. Every time the filling volume is changed, the position where the exhaust pipe mouth extends into the bottle needs to be changed. The method is simple in structure and widely used.

2) Quantitative cup quantitative method: the liquid material is poured into the quantitative cup first, and then filled. If drop losses are not taken into account, the liquid volume per fill should be equal to the corresponding volume of the dosing cup. Every time you change the filling volume, you need to change the height of the regulating tube in the quantitative cup or change the quantitative cup. This method avoids the influence of the manufacturing error of the bottle itself, so the quantitative accuracy is high.

3) Quantitative pump quantitative method: This is a quantitative method that uses mechanical pressure filling. The volume of each filling material is proportional to the reciprocating stroke of the piston. To change the filling amount every time, you need to try to adjust the stroke of the piston.

 

3. The lifting mechanism of the bottle in the edible oil filling machine lifts the bottle to the specified loading position, and then lowers the filled bottle to the specified position. This action is completed by the bottle lifting mechanism. At present, there are three types of bottle lifting machines: sliding type, compressed air type, sliding vane type and compressed air mixed type.
