1. To ensure a qualified indoor working environment, the labeling machine should be placed in a ventilated and dry environment. It is best to keep the greenhouse at about 25 degrees.
2. For long-term running labeling machines, add oil once every time. If the general labeling machine works for 48 hours, it is necessary to add 6# engine oil to each moving part, especially the gears, bearings and gearboxes, which are the key components of the labeling machine.
3. After the labeling machine has been in operation for a long time, be sure to turn on the cooling fan and turn off the machine after the temperature drops to avoid damage to the labeling machine caused by high temperature.
4. Do a good job of cleaning the labeling machine. The moving machine is easy to vacuum, so the labeling machine should be cleaned at intervals to remove the dust on it. If the labeling machine is temporarily idle, not only should the power be unplugged, but also be covered with a cloth to prevent dust from falling on the labeling machine.
5. In order to ensure the quality of the labeling machine and work better, the high-temperature belt must be regularly decontaminated. If the parts of the machine are severely worn, they must be replaced in time.
