1. The installation of the label of the labeling machine must be in place, try to wrap around the label as neatly as possible, and it is easier to break the label if it is crooked. After the label is installed, use the limit ring to fix the position.

 

2. Adjust the conveying guide bar according to the width of the product to be labeled, and leave a gap of 1mm between the two guide bars and the product. Generally, paper card products use single-sided guide strips, so it is only necessary to adjust the two ends of the conveying guide strips to be relatively even.

 

3. Adjust the position of the head in the Z-axis direction according to the product height (thickness), so that the first time the label roll is pulled, the peeled label can be attached to the product surface in time. The general label head of cardboard is adjusted to the height where the label stripping plate basically touches the surface of the product. For thicker products, such as boxes and books, the header should be adjusted to a height of 1-2mm from the surface of the product. After the adjustment is completed, lock the Z-axis direction.

 

4. Adjust the marking sensor. Tear off a label that is about to enter the marking sensor area, long press the button on the marking sensor of the labeling machine to enter the setting state, use manual traction to pull the label roll on the manual interface of the touch screen, so that the backing paper torn off the label completely passes through the test After marking the sensing area of the electric eye, press the button on the electric eye again to confirm and complete the setting. If the marking sensor adopts optical fiber sensor, then set the preset value of the output signal on the amplifier according to the difference in signal numbers between the label on the label roll and the backing paper.


5. Control the pre-peeling length of the label, usually the length of the label is 1mm. It can be adjusted by moving the position of the measuring sensor.


6. Adjust the measuring sensor so that there is a signal output when the product passes through the front end of the sensor.


7. Adjust the conveying speed of the labeling machine, and adjust the head traction speed to match it according to the existing conveying speed. The best effect is that the sound of each label will be very crisp, without any dragging sound, and the label will not wrinkle.


8. Adjust the overwriting mechanism. Usually the labeling mechanism of the labeling machine uses rollers, sponges, and brushes. Labeling roller: adjust slightly below the label stripping plate and close to the label stripping plate. Label-covering sponge and label-covering brush: adjust the length of pressing on the peeling edge of the label and protruding from the edge by about 10mm.
