However, before the operation and use of the filling machine, it is necessary to understand some precautions, so as to avoid the failure of the filling machine due to improper operation. Three points for attention before operation of filling machine:
1. Before the filling machine is operated, check whether the function of safety facilities is normal.
2. Before starting the filling machine, carefully check all tanks for water, chain plates for sticking, debris on the conveyor belt, bottle caps in the box with a lid, and buckets of water, electricity, and air sources, waiting for each item to be kicked out. After pressing READY, turn on the main power supply, the power indicator light is on, the fault indicator light and the emergency stop indicator light are off, after meeting the starting conditions, press the start button on the control box and the start switch of the refueling point, the buzzer  gives a sound warning, the whole machine starts to run and enters the automatic working mode of washing, flushing and filling. After the machine stops, press the stop button and the control box at the filling place. Stop the machine and turn off the main power supply.
