Adjust the brush device:

The center of the label label brush is labeled on the right and symmetrical on both sides. The marking brush is perpendicular to the surface of the container. The overlapping gap between the swipe of the swing of the versatile container is: a single pressure brush is 10mm to 15mm, and the combined pressure brush is 5mm to 10mm. The position of the cleaning brush is 1mm to 2mm. Adjust the bottle head. The bottle head should be 20mm lower than when there is no bottle.


Adjust the label box:

The central line of the box, the central axis of the label station is cut with the label paper, the central axis of the benchmark is three points, and the label board is cut (0 distance) to adjust the bench marking board, and then moves the box nearly 1mm to 2mm. The gap between the bench box and the pressure bars on both sides should be between 0.8mm and 1mm. Too large gaps cause the benchmark to shift in the box. The oblique label occurs. Adjustment of the position of the bench marking hook: The grabbing hooks up and down, left and right are on the same vertical plane and evenly strives for the benchmark, which can be grasped smoothly. Tag supply Roller adjustment: When there is no label, the label pressure board can press the front end of the label box and install the label. The label near the tag hook cannot be crushed.


Adjustment of the bottle galaxy, out of the bottle galaxy, and the bottle spiral pole:

(1) When adjusting the inlet, out of the bottle wheel, and the bottle inlet spiral rod, the bottle header of the benchmark is subject to the bottle head. First adjust the bottle of the star wheel. When the bottle head is overwhelming the bottle, the bottle of the bottle wheel is adjusted, so that the bottle is located in the middle of the groove of the star wheel;

(2) Adjustment of the bottle spiral pole: The bottle of the bottle is used to the bottle. When the bottle is located in the middle of the groove in the bottle of the bottle, the spiral rod is adjusted to make the spiral rod enter the bottle side by the bottle but no displacement. Adjustment of the bottle of star wheel: When the bottle head is just lifted, adjust the star wheel to make the bottle located in the middle of the groove of the star wheel.


Adjustment of the standard station:

(1) Adjustment of the labeling machine scratch plate and rubber roller: The gap and rubber roller cannot have a gap in the entire length. If there is a gap, you can adjust the bolt of eccentric bolts to adjust the rubber plate;

(2) Adjustment of rubber rollers and benchmarks: There is just contact between the benchmark and the rubber roller without any pressure. The gap is too large, and there are too many gums on the benchmark, causing glue. If the gap is too small and the contact is too tight, the glue will be squeezed away, and there is no glue in the half side of the benchmark. Practice has proved that the gap between the benchmark and the rubber roller is between 0.1mm and 0.2mm. It can be implemented by adjusting the bearing seat of the lower part of the tape roller. If necessary, the bearings in the upper part of the rubber roller.
