Linear filling machines are used to fill various different bottled waters such as insecticides, wines and beverages. There is a constant pressure liquid storage tank (feed box) above the filling machine. There are two liquid level sensors in the tank, separated by a microcontroller. Control the rotary steam valve to control the material level and keep the liquid level stable. The feeding box is connected with 16 feeding heads. The filling head is controlled by a pneumatic valve, and the dosage can be controlled by controlling the opening time of the pneumatic valve. Keep it accurate with better components and software. The conveyor belt motor is controlled by a frequency converter, and an optical fiber sensor is installed at the bottle inlet to detect the number of bottles.

When 16 bottles are detected, the conveyor belt motor stops, the cylinder at the bottle outlet stretches out to stop the empty bottles, and the cylinder at the bottle inlet also stretches out to stop the bottle feeding. At this time, the filling head descends to the bottle mouth, and the time input by the touch screen controls the opening time of the pneumatic valve on the filling head through the PLC for filling. After the filling is completed, the filling head rises, the bottle at the bottle outlet retracts, the conveyor belt motor starts to work again, the bottle at the bottle inlet retracts after waiting for 2s, the fiber optic sensor detects the number of bottles entering again, and the above process is repeated.

Requirements for the use of linear filling machines

1. It can not only realize the automation of the whole process from feeding to discharging and filling, but also realize the manual control of each link.

2. Realized the high-precision filling time control and liquid level control matching the process action.

3. When a failure occurs in a certain part of the system (such as the liquid level is not reached, the air pressure is low, 16 bottles cannot be detected, etc.), the PLC can monitor, memorize and lock in real time, and notify the alarm indication and alarm type through the touch screen.

4. Realize stable interlocking between systems.

5. Save technical parameters, process parameters, operation manuals and maintenance guides through the touch screen.
