Rotary filling machine

Rotary filling machine can also be called reverse filling machine, generally using continuous filling form, that is, the packaging container in operation automatically complete the filling action. Because the packing container rotates in the circular direction at the same speed in the filling process, the filling and capping operation is completed at the same time, so the rotary filling machine produces continuously, which has a high degree of automation, less land area, large production capacity and high production efficiency. But this kind of filling machine is complicated in structure and troublesome in manufacture. Various types of liquid materials (including gas-containing liquid and non-gas-containing liquid, low viscosity, medium viscosity and high viscosity liquid) can be filled with suitable rotary filling machine.

Rotary filling machine is composed of packaging material conveying mechanism, packaging container delivery mechanism, container lifting mechanism, quantitative filling mechanism, capping mechanism, rotary plate and transmission system.

The packing container of rotary filling machine generally moves in a circle, and the filling process can be intermittent or continuous. The filling speed of rotary liquid filling machine is higher, generally reaching more than 10,000 bottles/hour, or even hundreds of thousands of bottles/hour, and its overall structure is larger.
