Washing bottle dryer works

Here we would like to introduce that the works of washing bottle dryer as following,

When the conveyor belt is stopped intermittently, the bottle is manually placed on the bottle holder. With the bottle conveying system, the bottle first enters the circulating water spray area, and the inside and outside of the high-pressure water shower is performed twice, and then the water is rinsed once. The water flows out of the bottle, and the water at the bottom of the bottle is removed by the top blowing device. The hot air generated by the electric (steam) heat exchange system continuously blows hot air into the bottle, so that the water in the bottle evaporates quickly and flows out of the bottle with the air flow. The hot air flowing out of the bottle is then dried outside the bottle. After cooling, the circulating air duct enters the electric heat exchange system. The drying time is about 3~4 minutes. The inside and outside of the bottle are completely dry, and then enter the clean air cooling process. After the bottle is cooled, it is automatically transferred to the filling line of the filling line by manual or drop bottle system, and proceeds to the next process.
