The principle of washing bottle dryer

Here we would like to introduce that the principle of washing bottle dryer as following,

When the conveyor belt stops running, the bottle is manually placed on the bottle holder, and the conveyor belt first enters the circulating water spray area, and the inner and outer bottles are washed twice, and the water in the bottle flows out of the bottle and the product at the bottom of the bottle. The water is blown off by the blowing device at the top, and the hot air sent by the hot air generating system continuously blows the hot air into the bottle, so that the water in the bottle evaporates quickly and flows out of the bottle with the air flow. About 4 minutes, the inside and outside of the bottle are completely dried. After entering the cooling stroke, the bottle is cooled and then transferred from the falling bottle system to the filling line of the filling production line to enter the next process.

Maintenance of the bottle dryer:

1. Fill the sliding transmission parts with lubricating oil once a week.

2. Check the tightness of the filter and the sink door gasket.

3. Regularly check the verticality of the roller needle.

4. Sturdy the fastening parts.

5. Regularly clean the filter media once a week.

6. The overhaul cycle is 1 time/year. Check the rotating parts. If the damaged parts need to be replaced, they should be replaced in time.

Note on the bottle dryer:

1. During the maintenance process, water is not sprayed onto the motor and electrical appliances.

2. The equipment is faulty, and the handwheel reducer or jog is applied during maintenance.

3. In addition to the cleaning and inspection of the mechanical seals, the pumps generally do not require maintenance.

4. The failure of the electrical system should be found around the electrical circuit diagram.
