The reason why the labeling machine has adsorption force but does not suck the label

1. Look at the standard palm of the vacuum device
There are certain regulations for vacuum pump production standards, especially in labeling machines. It not only pays attention to the adsorption force, but also pays attention to the time difference formed by the vacuum pump. If the logo is detached and the vacuum pump has not been completed, that is, the vacuum pump is too late, the logo cannot be digested and absorbed, and the logo falls off. If the vacuum pump time is too early, it will result in card marking. We should precisely adjust the time difference of such vacuum pumps.
2. Check the auxiliary gas equipment, the blowing check rod and the blowing hole.
a. The time difference of the auxiliary gas blowing inspection should also be accurate. Too early or too late will also cause some situations of not sucking the bottom of the standard.
b. Too much or not enough auxiliary air blowing check will cause the label to be stuck or dropped.
c. Check whether there is any dirt in the air blowing rod, and there are prefabricated components in the blowing air hole, which should be handled in time. The usual marking and dispensing may also fall into it, which must be maintained regularly.
3. Query the height of the logo off the board and the palm of the hand
The relative height between the two has to achieve a moderate viewing angle, which is not necessarily consistent. Regulating marker detachment can be absorbed by marker digestion. If the logo is too high, the logo will be detached and cannot be digested and absorbed, resulting in the loss of the logo. If the logo is too low, it will also cause the card logo. This requires everyone to make modest adjustments.
Under normal circumstances, the labeling machine has the adsorption force but does not absorb the bottom of the label. The reason is basically this, and the key is the vacuum device.
