The non -dry glue labeling machine uses a non -dry glue roll tube label. In the process of automatic entering the bottle machine, the roll tag paper is torn off continuously, and the automated packaging machine is pasted on the bottle as required. There are many possible reasons for bubbles, but it is not difficult to solve.The reason is as follows：

1. For example, the surface of the bottle is not clean and peaceful. The bottle should be washed and dried first, and during the label process, according to the shape of the bottle surface, especially the flat plastic bottle, the iron standard division must be clamped and fixed with the conveyor belt.

2. If the speed of the label machine is not adjusted properly, it will also cause bubbling. Especially when labeling, the speed of the bottle body should be slightly faster than the speed of the label, so as to avoid bubbles.

3. Static electricity is also one of the reasons that affect the foam. If there is a static electricity, the label will be bent firmly, so that it is easy to get up bubbles when labeling, so you should try to eliminate static electricity as much as possible before use.

4. If the original paper choices are improper, foaming will also occur. The manufacturer recommends that users choose a smooth original paper, such as PE original paper, so that after labeling, the glue surface is smooth, moist and smooth.

According to the method I said, the customer was eliminated one by one, and the problem was quickly resolved.
